multiple phone and 1 day multiple and panel interviews. Met with designers, HR professionals, management, and ops. Split focus on experience and design style/taste. Some interviews held through video on location. Overall process was smooth and very friendly. In retrospect they may have tried to sell me more than I was selling them. Not a good sign.
