I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Group interview. Four of us set in the break room answering questions from the store manager. The interview was easy, not one you had to think hard about as the actual job was easy as well.
I do not like group interviews, but for this job I could understand why it was necessary. The process itself was boring and long, since there were four of us interviewing.

Question 1
Describe a difficult client/customer you encountered, how did you handle the situation?
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.

The interview process was quick and easy. It involved submitting my resume and filling out an online application before interviewing IRL. I was offered the job for holiday cashier a week later.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
