I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Valdosta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Group interview with other potential employees. Very laid back and we were all able to speak about what we could bring to the company. We talked about the minimum dollar made per hour. We talked about our past job experiences as well.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
