Interview was set up as a group interview first, then a personal interview. The individual interviewing was great at making you feel comfortable and allowing you significant time to respond. I felt comfortable discussing my previous work experience. Although I had little to no experience in retail we were able to find many similarities in my experience to that of VS.

Interview process was much more stringent than for a sales associate. Once I got the position, I actually stepped down to be a sales associate again. Not worth the minimal raise and promotion.
