I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Apr 2016
Interview
I had filled out an online application and about a month/ month and half later I got a call to come in for an interview. My first interview was a group interview, three people including myself. After the interview, I was told that if they were interested they would call in a week. A week later, I got a call for my second interview. The second interview was one on one and was very simple and rather fast.
The process was rather long, waiting for the call after the second interview was annoying- it took about 2 weeks longer than they said, which I understand it could get busy but it made it seem like I was not getting the job!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Will you stay with the company for at least a year? (They ask this because training/ learning the ropes of the job takes at least a year)
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
