Good interview experience, very friendly interviewees. Questions were straightforward to answer and what you would expect for the role.
Also accommodated to help me out with my disability, by giving me a printed copy of the questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Victim Support (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Application submitted, was ask to interview quite quickly following application closing date.
Interview felt quite haphazard at points, I wasn't told to bring items that were required, and so I felt somehow I was to blame.
Was given a written task which I was not warned about prior to interview, and then given the usual general questions.

Question 1
How do I decompress from dealing with emotionally difficult situations
Good. The team were very nice. It was remote. They called back personally to say the other candidate was stronger. This was a lovely touch as the majority of organisations either ghost or send the generic automated message.
