Interview
No interview process, there is a very fast onboarding process with very little training. I think that is why there is so many new staff, the staff have a very high turnover as no one is getting properly vetted. The entire experience was very concerning, there is a lack of support from management and HR for the new and existing crew.

They asked me nothing I had to chase them for information about the job. Very incompetent management and HR department especially
