Informal Chat 30 minutes for the first round. The hiring manager explains the end-to-end interview process and lay down the remuneration expectations. Honest and transparent for both parties to have a good understanding prior to investing more time in the next technical stage.
Multi stage interview with an on-site for a use case preparation and demo. 7 interviews in total. Interviews with your hiring manager but also cross functional teams and future colleagues

Never followed up with me on next steps after passing over a ridiculous Salesforce hands-on DevOrg thing. THey're going to lose a lot of applicants if they continue doing an entire DevOrg spin up for a hands-off non-config role
