I met all the staff during the interview process and was interviewed by the head QA. Her questions were mainly tailored to my personality and work environment preferences. Afterwards, I was interviewed by 3 lab associates. Their questions were mainly about why I wanted to work there and what I wanted to get out of the job.

Basic Interview questions. Interviewed with a total of 3 people. Friendly staff. The interview was long - over 2 hours. Interview questions seemed to be more personality based. Looking for staff to fit in with current staff. Overall the interview experience was pleasant.
