For a relatively entry level role I had six rounds of interviews, which I find to be absolutely mad. The interviewers were nice enough, but the questions asked were incredibly vague — you had no idea what they were trying to assess. One of the interviews even said, “I don’t like these questions, you have no idea how to interpret them”. My interview performance is ultimately why they didn’t extend an offer. I felt more relief than anything. Having worked in a similar role for almost 10 years, I’ve never experienced such a poor interview process.
