Shortlisted from hirist and 1st 2 rounds took with in 2 weeks and no delay but from 3rd took time Lot of followups (Mails & Phones) with HR and finally no offer released with reason being huge crowd. I would suggest not waste of time yours and others when you consider limited profiles. I would suggest to provide feedback and announce in time which your TAT Time. I was happy after seeing Footer of mails which is below but not in reality. "Our TAT for closing an application is 10-12 working days. Please use the same mail trail during the entire process for communication purposes. . Wishing you good luck."
