I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at VIRTUE Worldwide
Interview
The interview process was very quick and smooth. Everyone I spoke to was laid back and sincere. Had good conversations. Seemed like they really just wanted to understand your behavior and vibe.

Question 1
They wanted to me to explain my experience and skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at VIRTUE Worldwide (New York, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
I was reached out to via email by a recruiter who set up interviews with several executive creative directors. All of these went decently, everyone was friendly, the only odd thing is the calls were weirdly spaced out over about four weeks despite the urgent need for hiring. I followed up each with a thank you note as well as a note to the recruiter. I didn't hear back from the recruiter for weeks despite numerous emails and a phone call. Eventually, I got an email saying she said she'd give me a call to discuss next steps then never followed through to set up the call. Overall it was a major disappointment after investing so much time. I chalk it up to the recruiter dropping the ball.

Question 1
What makes you stand out from all the other candidates we're interviewing?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VIRTUE Worldwide (Venice, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Extremely easy. Got a call from HR to set up an in-person interview for the following day and then spoke with a designer and creative director for about 15 minutes each. The interview was essentially just the two interviewers talking about Virtue and past projects that the agency has worked on, they didn't ask many questions.
