Then how you are dealing some situation in your project? How much you strong in DATA Structures, DBMS. ? Whats you College Subjects? Why you want to change your JOB.? and more questions almost 45 min, After that from HR people, ya your result is positive, we will inform you on Monday regarding salary discussion and other things. Can you adjust your notice period within 15-30 days? I am like what a question now you are asking I already declared in the starting that I Have 3 months to serve. After that for the whole week no response. I tried from my side and at once it got recieved, and then salary discussion happened. They are deciding salary to max 5.2Lpa even you are earning 5 Lpa currently. Better to mention the Salary discussion when posting the JOB on any portal. I never think that any IT Company ask you to submit original document before joining itself. But still 20 days gone and no answer from Management discussion. Called multiple times and the person is not present anymore in there office. Please discuss everything with the Company before wasting your time to Interview.
