Campus Interview
Round one : aptitude test,consisted of 30 questions to be answered in 15-20 mins.
Round Two : Technical Interview
Asked questions about core iron and steel making process as well as alloy steel making process,and heat treatment processes in detail.
Round Three : Technical cum HR interview with the COO
It was rather a discussion than an interview.
It was a personality test.

Interview
The Interview Process began with submitting my CV in their online dropbox. The interview was mainly based on my Production Engineering studies. They asked questions about my classes and what were my special skills. Other questions were based on how I would relocate to Ranchi and whether it would be okay for me to adapt. Overall decent interview.
