I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Urban Egg (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Casual 10-15 minute or so interview with the GM, who was super friendly. I've had several restaurant jobs so the questions were what I anticipated. Was hired on the spot. Started the onboarding process the very next day!

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Urban Egg (Fort Collins, CO)
Interview
This was a bizarre application process. I applied online and got an interview scheduled within a few days. The interview was straightforward, mostly asking about past work experience and the requirements to do the job well. After the interview, I got offered to do a trial shift for the position. I showed up for the unpaid 2-hour expeditor (expo) trial shift the following day. The manager I interviewed with decided to have me be a host instead. Weird, but I went along with it. I enjoyed the trial shift and got lots of compliments from the Guests. It was fun! Although, once the clock was up, the manager said "Okay you can go home now" and I never heard anything after that. Honestly, I have no idea what this was all about.
