Smooth. Very friendly management and a structured interview process. I was kept in the know about the status of my application from the very beginning and it eventually worked out for me when I got the offer letter from the company.

How do you approach creative work and what outcomes do you look for?
It was quite simple, they make you feel relaxed throughout the process. It was telephonic and post that round face to face. The face to face was done by the Founder and CTO followed by a design head to understand the basics on my eligibility.
