i contact the computer lab supervisor and i gave him my resume. then i contacted him via email to check the application process. then they schedule an interview to confirm the information in my resume. then in the same day they told me to follow up at the end of that day to check the result. and they offer me the job.

The interview process was pretty standard. Phone interview first, then in person interviews. It was nice because they introduced me to a lot of people during my in person interview on campus

Interview
It was simple. I collected the letters of recommendation I needed and submitted my application. I was called by the chairman of the department that was interested in me and we talked about my work history. He liked my experience and told me I got the job if I wanted it.

Describe your responsibilities working at [insert employer here].
There isn't an interview process, per se. I did have to write a letter to the department head about why I thought I deserved the assistantship position. The letter had to be one page, typed. The decision on who to give the assistantship to is based on a combination of GPA and the written letter.
