Hacen una revisión de la hoja de vida y asignan puntos acorde a la experiencia laboral en docencia y a la experiencia investigativa, posteriormente tienes entrevistas con los jefes de área para ver tus diferentes aptitudes y qué asignaturas se te favorecen.

Interview
As a public Colombian university, they are required to conduct a public interview process. For my application, I had to submit a research and teaching proposal, along with a substantial amount of paperwork, including identification documents, education certificates, and experience credentials. The subsequent stage involved an interview with a committee, which was conducted by a panel of faculty members
