You will be interviewed by one or more experienced developers or technical experts. The interviewers will ask you detailed questions about Java programming, object-oriented concepts, data structures, algorithms, and other relevant technical topics. They may also give you coding problems or ask you to solve programming challenges on a whiteboard or through an online coding platform. It's essential to demonstrate your problem-solving skills, coding ability, and understanding of back-end development principles.

Interview
Firstly an English and IQ test followed by technical ones as follows
First technical step was an interview with the hiring manager of Java team. it was about my experience in general and some technical questions in my area of expertise
Second step was a task based on Java, EJB, and Webservice

First an english interviews through the phone, then a first interview with technical manager with normal questions about java basics and database basic, then after two days they called me again to make hr with very trivial interview questions and i was accepted.
