Interview
One interview with the CEO and CMO. Got really good feedback and it sounded like, at this point, the rest was just a formality.
After that, I never heard from them again. *Three months later*, a new Marketing Manager contacts me to apologise for the radio silence, and asks me if I want to go in for another interview.
I reluctantly agree, it then takes a further three weeks to organise. After waiting a week for feedback, they tell me that my experience isn't quite what they are looking for. It's hard to explain what a waste of time my interaction with this company has been.
