United Community Bank interview questions

Interview was easy going. Just a conversation between people about what I do and what they do. What I didn't like was that I was ghosted afterword. I applied one week, then had an interview the following week. I was told they needed someone to start in two weeks. I was even told that I wouldn't be waiting for a long time to hear back, someone from HR would reach out. It has been over a month and I have not heard anything. I even followed up with a thank you email. How hard is it to let someone know they didn't get the job?

It was a face to face interview with branch manager and assistant branch manager. I was asked a multitude of questions about experience, personal character, strengths and weaknesses. Very comfortable low stress setting.
