1st int was online abt my resume and introduction about their company. 2nd with the HR manager (f2f) and measured if you're fit for the job and gauge your potential, they will hire someone even if you are a freshgrad. 3rd was f2f int with the VP. Asked abt my resume,internships, and why did you apply for the role. The whole process was very fast it took about 1-2weeks and on the 2nd week they offered me the job already. It was a great experience since unioil genuinely cares for its employees. *Free lunch (in house chef) *Daycare (for employees who have children so they can focus on their work) *Free gym *Recreational areas (table tennis,billiard,etc.) Lots of opportunities and potential to learn outside of work :D .
