I interviewed with the Director, CEO, and another manager and had a final interview scheduled with the owner. The day before, I was informed the Director was being let go and the company was restructuring, so the interview was put on hold. A few weeks later, I was contacted again and asked if I was still interested, as they were ready to proceed with the final interview. After confirming my interest, I was told a few days later that they needed more time, followed shortly by a rejection email. Overall, the process felt disorganized and inconsistent, which may be reflective of the company’s internal culture.his up.

Interview
The interview process seemed like a waste of my time and the unify employees’ time. They were nice people but after multiple rounds of interviews and getting my hopes up for an “offer”, they gave me a virtual bench offer. Basically a nothing offer meaning that if they have an opening they would contact me. Safe to say they barely communicated with me after this and after getting my hopes up high that it would only take 2-3 weeks to staff me and that they were in talks with new clients. Unfortunately this was all bs and they clearly don’t have enough clients to actually fill openings. So I don’t know why they claim they’re hiring or why they waste time and energy just for a virtual bench “offer”.
