Question 1
How have you used technology to implement a solution?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2017
Interview
Submitted cover letter and resume and was contacted in late November to fill out Google survey with general personality questions. In the middle of December, I was contacted to record a video interview through HireVue. The video interview was a prerecorded video with seven questions that asked to describe situations, team roles, and technology. After the video was submitted in early January, Under Armour did not respond for three months. In March, they emailed stating that I was still under consideration and to expect an update on or before April 15th. A round of rejections went out at the end of March. I heard back April 13th that I was no longer in consideration for a role in Under Armour's Summer League process.
In the beginning, reviews stated that this would be a very long process. I did not fully take into account how long this process would take and the stress that accompanied the lack of response and updates on Under Armour's behalf.
I am slightly disappointed in Under Armour's hiring process. As a large company, they receive a large intake of resumes. It is difficult to be strung along within the hiring process for six months and receive a rejection. However, I wish the remaining applicants and incoming Summer League interns the best of luck this summer.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.
