Used online format of Hirevue. Very impersonal and no human interaction from the other side. You can't tell what exactly they are looking for and there was no way for them to really know you better just by 3 questions. I actually did two interviews using this format and each time it was really unsatisfactory experience. Not in the fact that I didn't get the job, but in that I have no idea who is on the other side and I have no way of know how I will interact with the supervisor that is hiring. Maybe these questions were trying to screen out applicants based on certain general criteria, but I don't feel that I was able to present my best case possible.
