Interview
Excellent interview, was asked to solve actual problems the company actually has instead of toy problems. It was clearly an attempt to gauge actual job skills instead of the usual strange Silicon Valley hazing ritual. This company is full of excellent people who care about doing meaningful things.

The first question I got was solving the first problem the interviewer had to solve his first day on the job.
