Lack of communication showcases the shortcomings of this company. There were 2 interviews, then ghosting from the recruiter. Initially the interview was set up only a day in advance. I had to reach out after several weeks for an update which didn't reflect in the applicant portal. While the interview process as a whole was fine, the lack of communication and haphazard scheduling show how poorly run the company is.
Completed the full interview process, including an onsite. No final status update was received despite follow-up attempts.
Several months later, I was contacted again for the same role without reference to the prior process. After clarifying, I did not proceed further; a miscommunication was noted.
Advice to Management: Improve applicant tracking accuracy, provide timely post-interview updates, and ensure alignment between recruiting outreach and role status.

Process was well set up and clear what to expect during the interview. The interviewer was really good, allowed me to talk but also kept the interview on track. He made me feel calm which allowed me to do my best and it was clear he has good at doing interviews.
