Simple and easy. Usually it is a seminar like interview, I had a 1 on 1 though. Questions more about you rather than your experience. Lasted about 2 hours but it was more rapport building and getting to know each other rather than an interview

Interview
About 20 people at a time are called in for an interview. It's about an hour of everyone listening to a presentation then being called back one by one for +-3 minute face to face interview.

Interview
The interview process is different then most but in a good way. They bring you in as a group first and then do 1 on 1 separately afterwards. It was a very different outlook on the interview process.
