Interview
You'll get pulled into a room to discuss whether or not sales is for you. Then shortly after you will be placed in a room with other potential candidates and you'll be shown powerpoints about the company and it's pay structure. Then after, you'll be asked a series of questions in regards to the position, on paper. Then whether the recruiter wants to proceed forward it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

zoom and in person...group meeting. awkward in a conference room informational meeting with slide show showing how great the company is and how much money you can make. They then hand you off to individual agents. The agents ask you about yourself and why you are looking and what experience you have and what type of commitment you can make. they

Easy interview people were very nice. Explained a good bit on who they were and how they operated. They said they provided tons of bonus a year and compensation. 100% commission I believe as well.
