Demo - One on One - Follow Up Interview - Offer -- I found the company on several different websites and I did a lot of research to see if this was the right opportunity not only for my career, but for my family as well. When I was contacted, I immediately knew this was my new home.

They then hand you off to individual agents. The agents ask you about yourself and why you are looking and what experience you have and what type of commitment you can make. they

Easy interview people were very nice. Explained a good bit on who they were and how they operated. They said they provided tons of bonus a year and compensation. 100% commission I believe as well.
