Phone screen and in person interview with tech lead. It was fairly informal. I then had another follow up interview with VP and tech lead, but seemed mostly to double check that I would be able to commit.

Pretty much Not one just needed to fill out a tech questionnaire with some network related questions witch was pretty easy. I did not get interviewed by a boss just people in the same position that i was applying for. Then got a call and was asked if i could start right right away. So i started the next day.
