I interviewed with the CFO. I was told the meeting was a screening, but it was definitely a fairly detailed interview. I was initially contacted on a Saturday via email, but the screen was rescheduled twice by Sunday evening. I was told twice that the meeting would be a phone call, but when the CFO showed up nine minutes late, it was actually a video. We chatted for about thirty minutes. He was very nice, easy to talk to, and professional. After that I never heard from them again. I was really surprised at how unprofessional the interview process was for a quasi-government agency. It left me with the impression that people are overworked and don't have the time or energy to close loops on recruitment.
