The interview was formal and scripted. It was also timed and somewhat general. Single phone interview with 3 panel members. There were three questions with several parts. Good experience, slow hiring.

Interview
As harrowing as facing a panel of engineers for an interview may be, they were quite appeasing. They sounded like my own college contemporaries. Their questions were fair, and they occasionally chuckled among themselves after one of them made a facetious comment. The entire process, really, only consisted of an elaboration of my resume to them, making an effort to effectively reveal the intricacies of my projects and how I overcame the difficulties presented within.
