Interview
It was smooth, facilitated well by the HR department. Met with the director for the team and had a productive conversation. Happy to note that the director was looking for people who are interested and passionate about the job to fill the position, rather than purely focusing on the achievements and qualifications of the candidate.
The interview process was chill and had a positive atmosphere, making it feel comfortable rather than stressful. Talked about previous projects and overall it felt more like a nice conversation rather than serious formal interrogation.

Interview
Applied through the official SG government job portal, and waited for 6 weeks to hear a reply. Didn't have any interview, but just a phone call to ask if I was still interested! My advice is to apply early given the long duration that they take to reply.
