I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNITE HERE HEALTH (Aurora, IL) in Oct 2024
Interview
I couldn't have asked for a better interview process. The communication was very consistent and transparent throughout the entire process. I had a total of three interviews and all of them were very relaxed, very conversation style interviews. The one thing I loved most is that UHH valued my time, they actually worked with me to schedule the interviews instead of just giving me times to choose from. Awesome team and I'm very excited for this new opportunity!!
Thank you for your feedback. We couldn't be happier that you had a wonderful experience interviewing with us, and that your time was valued. We are so appreciative for your share!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UNITE HERE HEALTH (Las Vegas Valley) in Feb 2024
Interview
Virtual then only one per recruiter invited for onsite interview. Standard what if questions and show how I would perform certain tasks. No feedback as to why no offer. This was months ago yet job still advertised.
Thank you for your interest in working for UNITE HERE HEALTH and your continued patience as we work through our hiring process. I admit the process takes a long time. I am sorry the agency has not shared feedback with you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNITE HERE HEALTH (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a Executive Search Firm and went through multiple rounds of interviews with them and then with members at UHH. The executive search firm was very disorganized and was not very good at communicating with me along the way. In the end, they did not even bother to respond to my outreach for feedback from the interviews. The first interview with UHH was with HR. The next interview was 1:1 with the main 'would be' boss. The interview after that involved me meeting with 3 other individuals, one who indicated that the 'would-be' boss was a micro-manager. I was also told by this interviewer that the person who previously filled this role left after only 8 months, something that not even the executive search firm had told me. Overall, there were a lot of red flags along the way from the executive search firm to actually interviewing with the UHH team. I am glad I dodged a bullet.
