UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center interview questions

I completed the interview through the UNC Healthcare Jobs system, got an email from a project manager asking for a phone interview, and set up the interview through email. I did the phone interview in about 20 minutes. Sent a thank-you follow up email, then 2 emails 1 week and 2 week post-interview and never heard anything back, which is quite unprofessional for such a large research institution.

I met with director and lab manager, it was very casual. The director and lab manager asked me some standard questions (please tell us about yourself, your values, your experience, etc.)
