UME Preparatory Academy interview questions

I attended a spring job fair. Each candidate interviewed with a member of admin and then a committee of teaching peers. The setting was formal, and there were plenty of candidates. Teachers like to work for UME because it is a child-centered school rather than a test-centered school. Teachers are respected and given lots of autonomy within their classrooms. As a result, plenty of teachers were interviewing despite the terribly low salaries.
