There were 3 rounds Telephonic : They introduced to their organization and some bacic previous experience knowledge Technical : Knowledge check on the subject. Technical + HR : More questions technically and mangerial questions +HR

Received a call from HR about the telephonic interview, the Manager who took my interview doesn't even speak in proper English. Then they called me for F2F technical round. Got the same manager. He started speaking in Local language. So completed my interview and got selected on the same day. Received offer letter on same day.
