Two Trees Management Company interview questions

Did 2 phone call interviews for 2 different positions, and both of them were not great experiences. The first call the women was very rude, didn't really sound like she cared- barely was on the phone for 4 minutes, when I asked what the day to day was like- she barely gave a full sentence, and was very eager to hang up. 2nd phone call was with someone who worked in asset management for the company. Not only was he very dull but he was kind of throwing side comments on how I am not experienced enough for the role and I should lower myself to entry level even though I've had 2 years of experience in the industry. Both of them never got back to me on the status of my application even though they say "you'll hear back by the end of the week". Horrible and unprofessional experience and for both calls- kind of shows a lot about this company.
