Relaxed and friendly. Conscious of commercial focus and client contacts, but also keen to point out benefits of employee owned businesses. The interview wasn't technical and there was three interviews, with the last confirmatory.
Quick and easy. Asked for basic knowledge and work experience. Took maybe 15 min and was very straight forward with the job duties. Up front about pay and benefits. Easy
