After networking throughout the semester, attended a virtual super day of three one on one interviews. Offers were given out the next day. There was a mix of light technical questions, as well as cultural fit questions gauging fit and interest.

What is the role of an investment banking analyst?
Very good. Basic investment banking questions most of interview was behavioral and felt very conversational. was able to ask questions to interviewer and seemed like good culture at bank compared to other banks
A lot of tough technical questions about accounting were asked, but the finance technical questions were as expected from the 400 breaking into wall street guide. The interviewers were nice.

The interview starts with a normal screening process then some interviews over phone and then super day. Super day was Half behavioral and then half technical with around 5 people from Asso. to VP
