I applied for the position on August 21, 2025. I was contacted on September 16 for an online interview with HR and the Director. The following day, I was invited for an in-person interview scheduled for the following week. After that interview, it took about three weeks to hear back regarding the final decision.

During the interviews, they asked me several questions about my resume and discussed different cybersecurity tools and technologies I’ve worked with. After the in-person interview, it took about three weeks to hear back regarding the final decision.

Interview
First round interview was with the HR Director. She was very friendly, welcoming, and informative about the role. I was moved on to the second round of interviews with the IT Director and Network Engineer. There was great conversation overall, but felt some of the questioning was aggressive. Overall, not a bad interviewing process, nice office building and friendly people.

Can remember exact questions, but terraform was a topic. How to find the technical answer to your question on your own (normal IT stuff). The technical questions asked were more so process-related vs what this exact feature of this technology does etc.

The interview was a standard interview. The interviewers were very nice. Research the company beforehand and make sure you know your resume. They are very easy people to talk to.
