The interview process was really streamlined. I had a call with the recruiting agency which put me into contact with the hiring manager for a 1 on 1 interview. After this stage is passed they schedule you a technical interview where you get asked basic questions regarding programming and Web API. After you receive the offer they are not open to negotiation. I told them that the current offer was not improving my current conditions and the next response was to retract the offer. Everything was done using a recruiting agency as intermediary
