References are key. Be ready to explain each reference and make sure they are not only family and/or friends.
They expect some sales skills and experience in assisting or dealing with others concerns. They are looking for those who can follow the leases and law to the letter. They expect you to be clear in your language so you may explain with confidence to the tenants the rules and regulations when you sign leases with them, explain the law, or deal with their concerns.

Q: Hobbies. Seemed important to them. Asked if such hobbies would interfere with work or if it could be done at home. Seemed to want those who are able to stay at home most of the time.
