It took a long time to get an interview. The nurse recruiter in human resources is either unorganized or in need of an assistant. There is no follow up after the interview unless you call human resources or if they want to offer you a job immediately. It seems like your name could easily get lost in the shuffle.

Starts with a phone HR interview followed by a zoom interview. If you pass this stage you will shadow and complete an in person interview to see if you're a good fit for the unit.

Good Interview process. 1st step was with the manger and 2nd was with HR. I had good a experience.The interview process may also include a background check to verify the information the candidate has provided. Depending on the results of the background check, the candidate's application may continue or be withdrawn
