      Field Engineer Interview

      8 Jun 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trican (Houston, TX) in May 2012

      Interview

A very interactive general and behavioral interview with two engineering managers. I interviewed with a year experience so it was a bit technical. This has long changed. Most in-district technical positions has been eliminated. Interview process is now a cake walk, just show up, answer a few general questions and don't sound like an idiot.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

When i interviewed - Explain past job experience, education and why i'm switching jobs. Also technical questions with different formations, completion procedures, job testing and trouble shooting
