Told me it was a phone interview. It wasn't, it was a "pre phone interview chat". Aksed me when I was availiable and said they would get back to me... They did not.

The interview was easy, the woman was nice and friendly. She was positive about the whole thing, ending it in saying all I would need to start working there would be a share code, which I sent as soon as I got home to the only email address I had which was the recruitment one, apparently that was not right and the recruitment email person told me that but gave me no further assistance, and after that it took a week for them to tell me I didn't get the job - so either because they never got my Share code which was not my fault or because I wasn't right for them...make sure to ask the person interviewing you for a management email address if they ask you for a Share Code even if they say otherwise.
