My interview was supposed to be with a manager, but ended up being with a software architect. The interview was very academic, as though the interviewer was simply reading questions from the internet. Only one practical question was asked, though was phrased poorly and he cut me off halfway through my answer with "good enough". Not a single question was asked about my experience and/or to illustrate how I solved a problem.
Several questions I asked were answered rather vaguely and not only wasn't it made clear what I'd actually be working on, I got the feeling that what I'd be doing differed vastly from what was advertised. Unfortunately, I thought there would be a second interview and so didn't ask all the questions I had.
There was no follow up until I proactively contacted them, at which point an offer miraculously appeared.
