Interview was very bias, interview was late, ignore my qualification and experience and said I was not a great fit for the position. They need not waste interviewer time when they already know who they want to hire. From former colleague, they hire their own people with lack of experience but willing to training due to a family recommended and if you not hispanic you don't stand a chance of getting hiring at the PMO office
