I sent off my CV online, then I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn when I hadn't heard back in three weeks after submitting my application. I received a call from the recruiter a couple of weeks later (so around 2 months after my application), then I had a Zoom meeting with the line manager for the role and their N+1 (so the Marketing Director). Unfortunately was not selected for the role, but considering that the last meeting was an hour long, it would have been great to have received feedback, which I did for but never heard back. To note, I have 7+ years of experience and the salary was £45k (excluding bonuses etc.)
